Good morning!
It has been a super busy spring for me - not only in my day job, but in my dance life as well. You may have seen the video for the show on February 1 with Sausan's Ensemble (videos here). In addition, I was at Springfest at International House with Serafina (she sang Sawwah and I danced), in a fashion show (sporting my new red costume from Egypt) and with the other Ensemble dancers performing our work from the Ethnic Dance Festival Audition. On Sunday, I went to Redwood City to represent the Ensemble at Bay Area Belly (pictures and video coming soon).
Things are now a little quieter, but not really. I'll be dancing at Al Masri on Sunday, May 15 as part of Naiya's show. I'm so excited! She's such a wonderful dancer and person. It should be a great time!
And then I have to get ready for Carnival of Stars. So much to do!
I hope to see you all soon at Al Masri and these other locations.
